Otley Walking Festival 2027

Saturday 26 June to Sunday 4 July

Well, that’s it – another Otley Walking Festival has come to an end (sad face). It’s been wonderful to welcome people to the festival, showcasing our lovely market town and stunning Wharfedale countryside. People come from far and wide, even from America this year!

With 50 walks and events, there really has been something for everyone.  Favourites like the Six Dales Trail, Allotments Walk, Wayzgoose Weave, Five Pubs Walk.  New themed walks –– Shakespeare in the Woods, Almscliff Crag, Chevin Up Westwards, The (Otley) Literature Run, Over the Hill and Far Away, Welcome Way and more – too many to mention! 

Thanks to the great team of volunteer walk leaders who give their time and expertise for the Festival; financial sponsors (Aura Jewellery, BACKCOUNTRY UK, Bondgate Bakery, Christopher Little & Co); and local businesses who made donations.
